My pickup ended up being late, and I didn’t really get any clear updates about what was going on. It feels like this kind of thing always happens when you’re counting on a pickup to be on time.

"Driver was really professional"
I had a delivery from randl.com, the driver was really professional. He called ahead, showed up close to when he said he would, and handled the boxes carefully. He was friendly too, not rushed or rude, which I always appreciate.
I’m giving 4 stars mainly because the tracking wasn’t super clear, or at least I didn’t totally understand it, so maybe that’s partly on me. I ended up waiting around longer than I expected, but the driver himself was great.

"good support, quick replies"
i had to reach out to randl.com with a question about my order, and they replied sooner than i thought they would. the answer was clear and helped get things sorted. it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall the customer service was solid

"Arrived in great shape, but definitely check yours"
My order showed up clean and the box wasn’t smashed or beat up at all, which was a relief. Everything inside looked fine too. I’m happy with how it arrived, but just a heads up to others, make sure you check the package when it gets delivered so you can catch any damage right away.

The pricing was clear right from the start, and my bill ended up being exactly what I expected. No random fees or confusing charges popping up, which I really appreciated lol. Super simple and fair, tbh.

"Delivery showed up right on time"
I ordered from randl.com, and to be fair, everything arrived exactly when they said it would. I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any delays, which I definitely appreciated. It was just a simple, smooth delivery experience, and that’s really all you can ask for

"Tracking was actually accurate"
I used randl.com to check on my shipment, and honestly... the tracking was more accurate than I expected.
The updates lined up with what was actually happening, like when it left the terminal and when it was out for delivery. Nothing weird popped up late or made me wonder what was going on.
It made planning my day a lot easier since I had a good idea of when the truck would show up. The site is simple, but the tracking info was right... so I’m happy with it.

"Claim got sorted without much hassle"
I had to put in a claim through randl.com and, it was smooth overall. The forms were simple enough to get through, and I got a response faster than I thought I would, so that was a nice surprise.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because I did have to follow up once to get an update. But, yeah, after that they handled everything fine and paid what was agreed. Not perfect, but fair enough really.
